We are looking for a proactive, resourceful, and tech-savvy IT Support Intern to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to support day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, assist employees with technology-related needs, and gain practical experience in a professional environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide first-level IT support to employees and assist with resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues involving computers, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers and software applications.
• Support user account setup, access management, and basic system administration.
• Assist with network and connectivity troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi and LAN-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, equipment, and support requests.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT team members when required.
• Support routine IT maintenance and system checks.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including device and system setup.
• Provide technical support during meetings, presentations, and other internal activities.
• Assist with other IT projects and tasks as assigned.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
• Currently serving under the NYSC programme and posted to Abuja.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively with different teams.
• Proactive, responsive, and willing to take initiative.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications.
