Job Description

• As an IT Support Intern, you will be responsible for meeting with clients to identify issues, diagnose hardware or software problems, provide effective solutions, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Your role may also include installing new software applications and training clients on their proper use.

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring client computer systems.
• Responding to client IT support requests.
• Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
• Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
• Troubleshooting and repairing computer systems (Laptop/Server/Desktop/Printer, etc.) and maintaining records.
• Resolving IOS/Windows/MS Office-related issues.
• Conducting software update checks (Antivirus/Windows/MS Office).
• Ensuring Network Uplink uptime (escalating issues to the appropriate body/vendor/engineer).
• Configuring firewalls and managing policies.
• Email configuration and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND from a reputable institution.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proven work experience as a technical support engineer.
• Knowledge of web services, API, and IP-based protocols.
• Familiarity with computer hardware and networking systems.
• Strong time management skills.
