This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Support Engineer, located in Lagos with some work-from-home flexibility.
The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, administering systems, and offering help desk support. Day-to-day tasks will include responding to user queries, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring optimal performance of technological systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Experience in the financial technology industry is a plus.
Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills
Information Technology and System Administration experience hands-on with hardware and software.
Proven troubleshooting abilities
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
Knowledge of network and Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange, SharePoint, PowerApps).
