The IT/Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing the company’s digital presence, implementing marketing strategies, and providing essential IT support to ensure seamless operations.
This role combines creative digital marketing expertise with hands-on IT and technical skills to enhance online visibility, drive engagement, and maintain system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
Provide IT support, including troubleshooting, system maintenance, and basic network configuration.
Manage and update company websites, social media pages, and digital assets to ensure brand consistency.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using SEO and analytics tools to optimize results.
Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging online content (graphics, videos, blog posts, newsletters).
Implement strategies to improve online reach, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Manage email marketing campaigns and monitor response metrics.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform digital strategies.
Support the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure and hardware across offices.
Ensure data security, system updates, and adherence to IT policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2–3 years of proven experience as an IT Personnel or Digital Marketing Executive.
Basic understanding of IT systems, troubleshooting, and network configuration.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) are an added advantage.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
