IT Support / Business Analyst at UNOCASA Limited

Job Description

• Our client is seeking a versatile IT Support/Business Analyst with a strong foundation in IT systems, project management, and process orientation.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 enterprise, TCP/IP networking protocols, and CCTV/surveillance technologies.
• This role combines technical support, business analysis, and change management to align technology solutions with business needs, enhance efficiency, and drive user adoption of digital systems such as ERP and project management tools.

Responsibilities
Technical Support:

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring rapid resolution to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and update IT documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, and training materials.

System Maintenance & Security:

• Ensure company systems are secure and operational through regular updates, backups, and maintenance.
• Implement and monitor security measures to protect network integrity and support data protection initiatives.

Network and Software Management:

• Assist in the setup and maintenance of local area networks (LANs), wireless networks, and internet connections.
• Install and configure software and hardware (e.g., printers, scanners) to ensure optimal performance.

User Training & Engagement:

• Provide guidance and training to employees on IT systems and tools.
• Assist in onboarding new hires by setting up accounts and equipment, promoting user engagement to maximize technology adoption.

Business Analysis & Change Management:

• Assess existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.
• Support change management initiatives to facilitate the successful adoption of ERP and project management tools, enhancing productivity.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to assess the effectiveness of changes and identify areas for ongoing improvement.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of technical issues, solutions, and equipment inventory.
• Document system configurations and network layouts comprehensively.
