    IT Support Analyst

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • first and second level user support general IT issues.
    • Diagnosing resolving hardware. software and end users' IT issues.
    • Repair and maintenance of faulty workstations. laptops, and
    • Installation and configuration of cäent operating systems. applications and user accounts fcy
    • Troubleshooting network infrastructure that may arise at any time and liaising With ISP to major network Outages.
    • Maintain endpoint security through antivirus management. firewall administration, and regular updates.
    • Management Of the website using Kentico Managernent System.
    • Installation of software updates and patches using the Manage Engine Agent
    • IT asset inventory management, system purchases, and license management.
    • Daily Server backup on NAS Storage and maintenance. and maintain meeting room and Systems.
    • Document IT processes, Systems. and maintenance activities.
    • Other responsibilities assigned by next level manager.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
    • 4 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk Operations, and Technical Troubleshooting roles
    • Strong Office 365, Microsoft Cloud
    • Platform experience.
    • Advanced knowledge Of hardware/software, applications, network. printers, and operating System software.
    • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part Of a team. proven experience in IT Support, Helpdesk
    • Operations, and Technical Troubleshooting.
    • Strong understanding Of networking, server infrastructure, and IT hardware technologies.
    • Hands-on experience with Helpdesk Support systems and ticket management
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills and customer experience, as this position Will have a lot Of direct client support.
    • Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
    • Cisco, ITIL, Microsoft certifications will be an added advantage.
