The IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, supporting end-users, implementing systems improvements, and ensuring data security across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain IT systems, networks, hardware, and software.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues for staff.

Qualifications & Skills& Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience as an IT Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and enterprise software tools.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and cloud-based solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications such as CompTIA and others, are an advantage.
