About the Role

• We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, managing network and system resources, and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization’s technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and monitor IT systems and equipment.
• Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure and connectivity.
• Ensure data security, system backups, and IT compliance.
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, systems, and configurations.
• Support staff with IT-related training and technical guidance.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers when required.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook/email administration is an advantage.
• Good understanding of IT security, backup, and data protection.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
