    Job Description

    • The IT Specialist will support users and maintain IT systems across program locations.

    Responsibilities

    • Install and troubleshoot hardware and software
    • Support network systems and data backups
    • Assist in implementing digital tools

    Ideal Candidate Should Have

    • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
    • 2–4 years of IT support experience
    • Familiarity with networking, databases, and cloud systems
    • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
