    IT Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    • The IT Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through the sale of Creastech’s technology solutions and services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
    • Generate qualified leads and convert them into customers.
    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Understand clients’ business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
    • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
    • Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
    • Work closely with the technical team to ensure successful solution delivery.
    • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
    • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings where required.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 2 – 4 years’ experience in B2B sales in the IT or technology industry.
    • Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of technology products and services, including cloud solutions, networking, cybersecurity, software solutions, or managed IT services.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong relationship management and customer service skills.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools is an advantage.
