About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the execution of technology initiatives that power secure, scalable, and high-performance financial systems. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end delivery of projects across infrastructure, software development, and platform optimization ensuring alignment between business goals and technical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the full lifecycle of technology and software delivery projects from initiation to deployment and support.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, QA, and infrastructure engineers to ensure projects meet business and compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, risk registers, change logs, and progress reports.
• Oversee integration of payment systems, APIs, and enterprise platforms to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Track and report project performance against milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
• Identify potential project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early, and execute effective mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with internal security and compliance teams to ensure all technology projects adhere to regulatory, data protection, and cybersecurity standards.
• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and technology partners to deliver projects efficiently.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess outcomes and continuously improve delivery practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing technology or software projects ideally within fintech, digital payments, or enterprise IT environments.
• Proven track record of leading diverse technical teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, APIs, networking, and system integration.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master are an advantage.
