IT Personnel at Confidence Microfinance Bank

The IT personnel is responsible for managing and securing the bank's digital infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations of banking systems, and supporting digital banking solutions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage and troubleshoot the bank's IT systems, hardware and software.
• Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place to protect customer and bank details.
• Maintain network infrastructure, servers and databases.
• Support digital banking platforms, including mobile and online banking services.
• Provide IT support to employees and resolve technical issues.
• Implement and upgrade technology solutions to improve banking operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, networking or system administration.
• Proficiency in database management, cybersecurity and networking.
• Experience with banking software and fintech solutions is an added advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills.
