Role Description

As an Information Technology Officer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the firm's IT infrastructure and systems. This includes planning, implementing, and supporting IT initiatives and projects, ensuring the security and integrity of data, managing vendor relationships, and providing technical support and training to staff.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and network equipment.
• Ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems.
• Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Resolve technical problems promptly and efficiently.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on new software and IT policies.
• Create and maintain user guides and documentation for IT systems and procedures.
• Assist in evaluating and procuring new hardware and software solutions.
• Manage inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
