    IT Officer

    Qualifications:

    • 0-3 years of experience in IT support, technical support, or a customer-facing technical role
    • A degree or diploma in Engineering,Computer Science, IT, or Applied Sciences
    • Relevant IT support or networking certifications (an advantage, not mandatory)
    • Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols, Operating systems (Windows/macOS), Microsoft Office Suite
    • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
