- Deploying the appropriate IT solutions to solve problems.
- Designing computer-based systems or programs.
- Identifying user needs with technology.
SKILLS
- Network Administrator
- Computer maintenance
- Hardware/Software Installation
- Desktop support
- LAN/WAN/TCP/IP
- System administrator
- Good knowledge of problem solving/Troubleshooting
- System Configuration
- Good in computer application packages
- Experience with Windows OS, Nethserver Application Database System
- Cisco Router Configuration switch
