Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Officer located in Abuja. The IT Officer will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, administering networks, and overseeing system administration tasks.
• This role involves ensuring the hospital’s IT infrastructure runs efficiently, implementing technology solutions, and maintaining IT equipment and systems to support medical and administrative operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
• Proficiency in Information Technology and Network Administration
• Skills in System Administration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are advantageous.
