IT Network Administrator at Medcourt Support Services Limited (MSS)

About the Role

• We are looking for an IT Network Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and robust security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware and software systems.
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Perform system upgrades and updates to maintain optimal performance.
• Set up and maintain secure user accounts, permissions, and access.
• Provide technical support and resolve network issues promptly.
• Ensure network security through firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Academic Qualifications and Experience:

• A first degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in network administration or a related IT role.
• Professional certification (e.g., Cisco, CompTIA, etc.) will be advantageous.
