Job Description

The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, management, and security of the company’s IT infrastructure and digital systems. This role ensures that technology supports efficient automobile manufacturing operations, optimizes productivity, and aligns with organizational goals. The IT Manager will also supervise the IT team, manage vendors, and ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, ERP systems, hardware, and software.
• Oversee IT support services to ensure minimal downtime and prompt issue resolution.
• Implement cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems from threats.
• Supervise and mentor the IT team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Manage IT budgets, purchases, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure ERP and production software run effectively to support automobile manufacturing processes.
• Conduct regular system audits, data backups, and disaster recovery planning.
• Research and recommend new technology solutions to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, data protection laws, and company policies.

Education & Qualifications:

• B.Sc./HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, ITIL, PMP, CISSP, Microsoft/Oracle certifications) is an added advantage.

• Experience:
• 5–7 years of proven IT management experience, preferably in a manufacturing/automobile industry.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, network administration, database management, and cloud solutions.
• Strong background in IT security, systems integration, and infrastructure management.
