Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT Manager. The IT Manager will be responsible for implementing technology strategies, managing the day-to-day operations of the IT functions, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
• Ensure the security, integrity and availability of all IT systems and data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Develop and implement long-term technology strategies to align with business objectives.
• Conduct technology research and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Provide technical support and guidance to staff.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and threats.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT management or a related field.
• Certifications: ITIL, MCITP, or equivalent certifications.
• Excellent technical skills in hardware, software, and networking.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
