IT Infrastructure Manager at Strivo Labs

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee, manage, and optimize the organization’s entire IT infrastructure environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high system availability, network security, infrastructure scalability, and smooth day-to-day IT operations across servers, networks, cloud systems, and enterprise tools.

The successful candidate must possess strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to align infrastructure operations with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, cloud environments, and enterprise applications.
• Ensure maximum uptime, reliability, performance, and security of all IT systems and services.
• Oversee infrastructure projects such as system upgrades, migrations, cloud deployments, and disaster recovery implementations.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient connectivity across all business locations.
• Develop and implement IT policies, security standards, backup procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives, vulnerability management, and access control processes.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
• Supervise and mentor IT support and infrastructure teams to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure proper documentation of systems, configurations, and infrastructure processes.
• Monitor infrastructure costs, licenses, and IT asset management.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand business needs and recommend scalable technology solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security regulations, and internal governance policies.
• Provide technical support escalation for critical infrastructure-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or related roles.
• Strong experience managing:
• Windows/Linux Servers
• Network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewalls, Routers, Switches)
• Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Virtualization Technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Backup & Disaster Recovery Systems
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and infrastructure security best practices.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and performance management tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, Microsoft, AWS, Azure, or CISSP certifications are an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
