IT Helpdesk Analyst - Port Harcourt at Tranter IT Infrastructure Services Limited

Salary: 120 - 130k

Responsibilities

• The Helpdesk Analyst’s role is to manage all operating systems and end user software.
• Manage infrastructure (Microsoft Exchange office, SharePoint Portal, ISA, Windows) and connection solutions including workstation connectivity, Local Area Network, Intranet and Internet Applications.
• Perform Network and Security Audit, test routine system backups and restores.
• Analyze System, Server application, network and input/output device performance.

Experience

• Good knowledge of computer hardware/software installation and troubleshooting.
• 1-2 years experience in LAN, WLAN installation, and other computer networking.
• Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication Skills
