IT Help Desk Representative (NYSC)

Job Description
- A suitable candidate is one who possess good customer service skills and has little knowledge in solving IT related issues
Duties
- Providing IT assistance to staff and customers.
- Receiving issues from users and solving logged errors in a timely manner.
- Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.
- Keeping records of calls and directing it to relevant parties to resolve
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field
- Must be a Lagos Corp member currently looking for a place of primary assignment
- Ability to provide technical support and resolve queries
- Good customer service skills.
