Job Description

• A suitable candidate is one who possess good customer service skills and has little knowledge in solving IT related issues

Duties

• Providing IT assistance to staff and customers.
• Receiving issues from users and solving logged errors in a timely manner.
• Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.
• Keeping records of calls and directing it to relevant parties to resolve

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field
• Must be a Lagos Corp member currently looking for a place of primary assignment
• Ability to provide technical support and resolve queries
• Good customer service skills.
