• The IT/Graphics Designer will Set up, manage, and optimize our technology platforms, websites, email systems, create automations to streamline processes, and provide technical support.

Job Description

• Assist in resolving technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems.
• Provide support for end-users by answering queries, and assisting with IT-related problems.
• Set up and configure new computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Help with software installations, updates, and patches to ensure that all systems are up-to-date and secure.
• Assist in maintaining and monitoring systems and servers, including backups, antivirus management, and system health checks.
• Participate in managing and documenting IT assets, including inventory management.
• Collaborate with different teams to understand and support their IT needs during projects.
• Develop graphics for promotional materials, social media, websites, and events.
• Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to understand design needs and objectives

Skills & Education

• BSc in Computer Science or related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
• Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational and excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Administrative knowledge
• Ability to work well under stress and time pressures
• Proven work experience as an IT. Graphics design knowledge will be an added advantage
• Must be a self-starter and possess a sense of ownership
• IT Proficiency

• 2 - 3 years’ experience in Information and technology.
