Job objectives

Responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting information technology systems and networks for optimization and performance of IT workloads services in a cloud-based environment. Efficiently provide technical support to end-users, contribute to the successful implementation of IT projects, and maintain the integrity and security of the organization's IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Cloud infrastructure management: Design, deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Supervise installations of new software and hardware drivers, ensuring timely updates.
• Generate user accounts for new hires during the onboarding process and assist in server administration tasks, encompassing backups, updates, and security measures.
• Manage and troubleshoot local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
• Oversee database management systems and implement best practices.
• Develop and test IT disaster recovery plans.
• Support the implementation of internal control programs.
• Provide comprehensive IT support to cross-functional teams during projects.
• Configure and deploy monitoring tools and scripts for systems applications.
• Manage purchase and maintenance of computers and accessories; diagnose and analyse data to identify and efficiently fix computer system issues.

• Must have a working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software, and programming..
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Apps, various video conferencing solutions, project management tools, Windows environment, and data warehouse concepts.
• Familiarity with ETL Informatica tools, OBIEE/Power BI tools, and business operations concepts.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
