Role Description

• This is an on-site internship role for an IT Analyst Intern located in Lekki.
• The IT Analyst Intern will be responsible for supporting IT operations, performing system monitoring and maintenance, providing technical support for hardware and software issues, and assisting in network management.
• The intern will also contribute to developing and documenting IT processes and procedures, and will assist in various IT projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Technical support skills, including hardware and software troubleshooting
• Experience in system monitoring and maintenance
• Basic knowledge of network management and IT operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and on-site environment
• Relevant certifications or coursework in Information Technology or related field is a plus
