Responsibilities

• Providing IT support for hardware, software and networks.
• Installing, configuring and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and business applications.
• Managing LAN/WAN connectivity, routers, switches, firewalls and access points.
• Ensuring timely resolution of helpdesk issues.
• Planning and executing infrastructure upgrades and vendor coordination.
• Maintaining IT inventory, procurement and documentation of systems and procedures.
• Ability to monitor and maintain overall network performance.
