ISO Quality Manager at Cobef International Limited

Specific Responsibilities:

• Interact across the organization to formulate process maps representing how the business functions
• Interact across the organization to document detailed process management diagrams detailing the way the business functions
• Interact across the organization to develop necessary procedures, work instructions and forms in support of process management maps
• Oversee an approach of planning, auditing and leader standard work and manage certification expiry to ensure the health of an integrated (quality) management system
• Serve as the quality-function SharePoint administrator
• Liaise with members from various departments at differing levels to achieve business, functional and individual results
• Manage certification registrar relationships
• Steward the corrective action, preventive action and continual improvement efforts with regard to the management system
• Travel in support of improvement and recertification efforts as necessary.

Professional Experience

• 5 years proven work experience
• Previous experience in departmental management
• Domain of ISO 9001 standards; ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
• Training or experience in internal audit
• International experience in Construction Works
