IoT Connectivity Specialist at Tramigo

• We are seeking to engage an experienced IoT Connectivity Specialist to manage our IoT connectivity back-end operations on a daily basis in Nigeria.

Main responsibilities.

• Configuration on Tramigo IoT SIM management platform.
• Troubleshooting of failed Connectivity services.
• Generate and analyze statistics; improve the devices’ settings based on the data analyzed.
• Generate and update educational documents for internal and external purposes.
• Improvement of existing processes.

Job Requirements.

• Proactive problem-solving.
• Clear communication in English.
• 1-year relevant experience in Telecommunications.
• SS7, DIAMETER, GTP knowledge.
• Roaming call flow knowledge.
• Any associated skill/knowledge with eUICC sim management is an added advantage.
