Investor Relations Manager at Trade Lenda

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Investor Relations Manager located in Ikeja.
• The Investor Relations Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with investors, analyzing financial data, creating financial models, and making investment recommendations.
• The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with financial strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic investor relations plan aligned with the company's overall business objectives, focusing on the Tech and Loan industry.
• Drive business growth and success by leveraging a strong network of investors, clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to access new opportunities, secure funding, and foster strategic collaborations
• Design and deliver impactful investor events, presentations, and materials that showcase the company's unique value proposition, financial performance, strategic initiatives, and growth prospects, to attract and engage key investors and stakeholders.
• Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders to promote a deep understanding of the company's vision, strategy, and performance, and to foster a strong reputation in the market.
• Provide timely and accurate information to investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining transparency.
• Monitor and analyze investor sentiment, market trends, and competitor activity in the Tech and Loan industry to inform investor relations strategies and tactics.
• Collaborate with the CEO, CFO, and other senior executives to develop and refine key messaging, financial disclosures, and investor communications, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business strategy.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive investor relations website, including quarterly earnings releases, presentations, and other relevant information, showcasing the company's expertise and thought leadership in the Tech and Loan industry.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company's investor base, including targeting new investors, analysts, and other stakeholders interested in the Tech and Loan space.
• Provide strategic counsel to the CEO and other senior executives on investor relations matters, including crisis communications and issues management, specific to the Tech and Loan industry.

Qualifications

• Investor Relations and Financial Analysis skills
• Experience in Finance and Investments
• Strong analytical skills and ability to create financial models
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Experience in financial services or the fintech industry is a plus
