Role Description
- The Investment Manager at Frontline Homes will be responsible for attracting, securing, and managing investors for the company’s real estate projects.
- This role involves developing strategic investment plans, building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing investors, and ensuring profitable returns for stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in investment fundraising, financial analysis, and risk management, with a strong ability to communicate and sell investment opportunities to high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
- This role is critical to Frontline Homes’ expansion, driving the inflow of capital to support real estate development and business growth.
Qualifications
- Investment Management and Investments skills
- Analytical Skills in financial analysis and market research
- Experience in developing Investment Strategies
- Finance knowledge and expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Certifications such as CFA or CIMA are a plus
