The Investment Banking Associate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strongrelationships with existing and potential investors. This role involves communicating the company's vision, strategy, and performance to investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• New Investor Acquisition: Identify and develop new investment opportunities
• Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, individualinvestors, and analysts.
•  Communication: Develop and deliver investor presentations, reports, and other materials.
• Investor Feedback: Gather feedback from investors and provide insights to management.

Qualification Requirements:

• The investment portfolio management and growth is critical to business goals within the financial year, hence the responsibility to drive investment mobilization among all staff will reside with the Investor Relationship Manager.
• Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in investment banking or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, regulatory requirements and investment banking best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Effective Leadership skills.
• Professional certification in Investment Banking or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and investment management software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field
