Job Summary

• DreamCity Group is seeking skilled and results-driven Investment Advisors to join our dynamic team.
• This role is ideal for a professional who possesses a strong passion for finance and sales, with a deep interest in real estate investments, REITs, and portfolio management.
• The successful candidate will be instrumental in advising clients on strategic investment opportunities and driving the growth of our investment products.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new investment clients through targeted lead generation, networking, and leveraging market intelligence to expand the firm's investor base.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations with prospective clients to understand their financial objectives and risk profile, providing tailored advice on our real estate properties and investment funds, including REITs.
• Present, promote, and secure commitments for our suite of investment opportunities, utilizing expert negotiation and closing skills to finalize deals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication, performance updates, and exceptional service, fostering trust and repeat business.
• Perform ongoing research on real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and economic conditions to provide informed advice and maintain a competitive edge.
• Work closely with the marketing and finance teams to develop effective sales strategies, promotional materials, and accurate information on pricing, availability, and financial structures.
• Represent DreamCity Group at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
• Achieve and exceed predetermined sales targets and revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of an OND, HND, or B.Sc. in a relevant field. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven sales and advisory experience within the real estate, financial services, or investment sector.
• Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market, investment principles, and financial options.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with a diverse clientele.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented with a strong drive for success.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and the MS Office suite.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
