Inventory / Store Officer at Adozillion Homes & Realty

Job Description

• A construction company based in Lekki - Lagos is seeking a result-oriented Inventory Officer to resume immediately.
• Applicants MUST meet the criteria below, or will not be considered;

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all equipment, materials, and supplies at each site.
• Conduct regular stock-taking and audits to verify inventory levels and conditions.
• Develop and implement systems for tracking and monitoring equipment usage, repairs, and movements.
• Reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records and report irregularities promptly.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on inventory levels, movements, repairs, and procurement activities for management review.
• Ensure all documentation related to inventory, repairs, and movements is properly filed and accessible for audits.

Qualifications

• Must reside within Lekki Phase 1 and environs (Mainland not included)
• Must be available to resume immediately (If not applicable, please DO NOT apply)
• First degree in numerical, business or commercial related discipline.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in this role or similar roles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data capturing.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
