Inventory / Store Manager at Recare

Job Brief

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
• Evacuation of finished products to the logistics out bound warehouse.
• Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages.
• Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
• Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met;
• Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
• Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
• Evaluate new inventory to ensure it's ready for shipment.
• Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
• Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND (Accounting, Business Administration or relevant field).
• 10 years experience as inventory manager or similar position.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Working knowledge of inventory management software
• Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports.
• Relevant qualifications will be a plus.
