Inventory Officer/ Procurement Analyst at ICS Outsourcing

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inventory management activities across 
• Issue out equipment and materials from stores in line with approved Material Requisition Forms (MRFs) to support operations and customer provisioning activities. 
• Physically receive all inventory items ordered, transferred, or returned into the stores; verify against Purchase Orders (POs) and waybills, and ensure timely updates to inventory records (physical and system).
• Coordinate with relevant functions and participate in the periodic stock count exercise, reconcile physical inventory with system balances, and investigate variances with documentation.
• Receive, record, review, and ensure proper documentation of all technical inventory items managed for the Connectivity business. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including the continuous update of Excel bin cards and system balances on D365. 
• Organize storage facilities efficiently and enforce good housekeeping standards within the warehouse environment delineating the space and identifying stock items by the functions that own the items.
