Job Summary

• We are seeking a diligent, detail-oriented, and trustworthy individual to join our team as an Inventory Officer.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of stock, ensuring proper stock management, and supporting efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and record stock levels for all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Track inventory across multiple storage locations.
• Ensure that products are stored properly and in line with best practices.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Liaise with procurement, storekeepers, and sales teams to manage stock movement.
• Identify slow-moving or obsolete items and report accordingly.
• Prevent stock losses through proper documentation and control.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Accounting, Business Admin, or a related field.
• 1 – 2 years experience in inventory, storekeeping, or warehouse management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and accountability.
