Job Summary

• The Inventory Officer will be responsible for managing stock levels, tracking inventory movements, and maintaining accurate inventory records to support efficient warehouse and retail operations.
• The role requires close monitoring of stock, regular audits, and coordination with relevant teams to ensure smooth inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming stock, updating inventory records accordingly
• Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouse and retail locations
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess stock
• Support periodic inventory audits and stock checks
• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for stock replenishment
• Ensure proper storage and handling of products
• Generate inventory reports for management review

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or related role
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork ability
• Experience in retail, FMCG, or skincare industry
• Knowledge of Odoo inventory software.
