    Inventory Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Inventory Officer to manage and maintain accurate stock records, ensure proper storage of goods, and support smooth operational workflows.
    • The ideal candidate must be highly organized, analytical, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation of all stock movements.
    • Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, and variance investigations.
    • Monitor stock levels and alert management of shortages or surpluses.
    • Oversee the receiving and dispatching of goods in line with company standards.
    • Ensure proper storage, labelling, and safety of items in the warehouse.
    • Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
    • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to maintain smooth supply flow.
    • Implement and enforce inventory control policies and best practices.
    • Track damaged, missing, or expired items and escalate appropriately.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc. Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
    • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
    • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.
    • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong communication and reporting skills.
