Inventory Manager at BAFashion Shop

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Net Salary: ₦250,000

Job Summary:

We are urgently seeking an experienced and highly reliable Inventory Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing inventory operations across all our outlets. Immediate availability is a strict requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory across multiple locations including retail stores and warehouses
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels and ensure proper documentation
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Supervise daily inventory operations including stock receipts, transfers, and returns
• Implement effective inventory control procedures and best practices
• Collaborate with procurement and retail teams to align stock levels with demand
• Track aging inventory and develop plans for managing slow and fast-moving items
• Use inventory management software to ensure real-time visibility and accuracy
• Train and supervise inventory and stock handling staff

Requirements:

• BSc or HND in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 to 6 year\'s experience in inventory or stock management, preferably within a fashion, retail, or FMCG environment
• Proficient in inventory management software such as QuickBooks, Zoho, or ERP systems
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and accountability
• Must be able to resume immediately
• Proximity to the job location is an added advantage
