Key Responsibilities:

• Process Development: Design and implement efficient processes for inventory check-out and returns.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators and KPIs for inventory management.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, analyze trends, and generate reports.
• Quality Control: Ensure all items are inspected for quality before dispatch and upon return.
• Inventory Organization: Optimize storage systems for easy access and efficient space utilization.
• Order Preparation: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pick-up with accuracy.
• Stock Updates: Regularly update the team on item availability and shortages.
• Audits & Maintenance: Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure timely maintenance or replacement of damaged items.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelorʼs degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in inventory management within retail, FMCG, or other high-intensity environments (rental business experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software or systems.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and collaborate across departments.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with rental inventory management principles, including tracking item conditions and managing returns efficiently.
