Inventory and ERP Manager at Bave Design Studio

Job Overview:

• We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager & ERP Specialist to manage the end-to-end inventory system for a fast-paced skincare retail store. This role requires deep hands-on experience with ERP systems like Odoo or ERPNext and a minimum of 3 years in inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

• Oversee daily inventory operations across retail and online platforms.
• Perform accurate stocktaking, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Track expiry dates, returns, damaged products, and write-offs.

ERP System Management (Odoo or ERPNext)

• Set up and manage the inventory module in Odoo or ERPNext.
• Create and manage SKUs, product categories, barcodes, and stock locations.
• Ensure real-time syncing of inventory data across sales channels and warehouses.
• Integrate and monitor online store inventory (e.g., WooCommerce or Shopify, if applicable).

Reporting & Coordination

• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventory reports.
• Forecast inventory needs using historical data and sales trends.
• Work closely with procurement, finance, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.

Process Improvement

• Identify gaps and implement process improvements in inventory handling and ERP workflows.
• Train team members on inventory procedures and ERP usage.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in inventory management and ERP management.
• Mandatory experience with either Odoo or ERPNext (not just basic knowledge).
• Strong understanding of stock control, supply chain processes, and inventory reporting.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and basic analytics.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in retail, especially skincare or FMCG, is an added advantage.
