This program is targeted at O’ Level, OND, NCE and I.T students with 5 credits including Mathematics and English Language. The Internship program is aimed at reducing the rate of poverty, curbing the risk of unemployment and post-university work experience.
Interns will be trained on soft skills, teamwork, product knowledge, Tele sales, customer service, and leadership skills. They will be positioned under individual mentors and coaches who would ease starting a career in customer service, Digital Marketing, Telesales, etc.

Build customer interest in the services and products offered by the company
Educate customers on new and existing products
Provide accurate product information and serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers
Manage daily customer requests and inquiries during contact, ensuring issues are appropriately, accurately and promptly escalated for resolution
Effective and professional Brand cross selling of company products and services Handle client social media engagement channel.
