Internet Installation Technician at FMR AGENCY

Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and technically inclined Internet Installation Technician to handle the installation, setup, and troubleshooting of internet equipment at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and set up internet equipment at customer locations.
• Configure routers and other basic networking devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve internet connectivity issues.
• Test equipment to ensure proper connectivity.
• Carry out basic maintenance and provide technical support when required.
• Maintain accurate records of completed installations and assigned jobs.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or relevant technical training is preferred.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of networking and internet equipment is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Physically fit and willing to work in the field.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to visit customer locations when required.
• Ability to drive with a valid driver's licence is an added advantage but not compulsory.
