Internal Sales Representative at Bosch Group

Job Description

• Generate and process new sales lead
• Create and maintain database of current and potential customers regularly
• Manage customers’ needs and their expectations whilst adhering to organization regulations
• Usage of SAP to create, update and generate invoices and clients’ contact information
• Support process optimization (such as delivery, not limited to back orders, sales and import documentation, delivery forecast, etc) to internal and external stakeholders.
• Regular documentation of sales information  
• Ensure that the Bosch standard customer service guidelines are adhered to
• Keep abreast with updates and communicate KPI of products and services, market information analysis to the internal team
• Follow up with customers payments
• Close sales appropriately
• Full support and assistance to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

University degree in Engineering, Physical Science or its equivalent

Requirements

• 3-4 years experience in a similar position preferably in a multinational Company
• Communicate effectively with high attention to details
• Highly organized and able to multitasks; proactive, “can do attitude”
• Quality working knowledge of MS office
• Quality working knowledge of SAP
• Strong analytical skills
• Good technical background in mechanics/electronics
• Language: Fluent English (speaking & writing); French and/or German is a plus
• High efficiency on time management, ability to build sustainable relationships
• Excellent Customer Service
