Internal Control Officers at Eltees Farms Limited

Roles

• To ensure effectiveness and efficiency in operations.
• To ensure cost control on company's overheads.
• To deal with daily transactions for the petty cash and ensure that reconciliations are completed on a weekly basis.
• To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reports to the Head of Internal Control on all Control and Compliance issues as they arise for prompt actions to be effected.

Prepares and communicates weekly and monthly reports such as:

• Stock report,
• Weekly Sales Target Performance,
• Production Reports 
• Yield monitoring of raw materials and production processes
• Reconciliation of invoices and payments.
• Reconciliation of daily sales with sales personnel records‘
• Reviews and appraises the soundness, effectiveness, and proper application of accounting and financial controls, compliance procedures and controls
• Verification of all daily sales and payments activities
