    Internal Control Officer

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Will gather, analyzes and synthesize and interpret key performance data and information to enable the ERM&C department determine the risk inherent in
    • department or subsidiary company under his Schedule.
    • Ensure compliance with HR policies, external audit relationship, legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Undertake investigations into client issues and salary matters and ensure they are satisfactorily resolved.
    • Ensure Adherence to Accounting Standards, Auditing Standards and Company policies.
    • Conduct periodic internal audit across the group.
    • Participate in special investigation teams as and when necessary.
    • Ensure that internal policies and procedures continuously meet the quality objective and policy of the company.
    • Identify quality standard gaps in the day-to-day operations of the company and make recommendations for amendment.
    • Assist to enforce and monitor compliance to agreed business processes and procedures as laid down by management. This will involve pre and post transaction reviews.
    • Provide internal surveillance oversight within the system.
    • Ensure periodic Inventory check and Fixed Assets verification.
    • Budget monitoring and control.
    • Monitor and report on cost efficiency levels.
    • Conduct periodic customer survey.
    • Inspection of Incoming and Outgoing inventory items.

    Minimum Requirement

    • BSc / HND in Accounting/Finance from a recognized institution
    • At least 2-3 years’ work experience
    • Good Knowledge of Accounting Software and Ms Excel and Ms Word

    Salary: 200,000 Gross
