Internal Control Officer at Spectrum Microfinance Bank

Location: Ikotun, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Daily call over
• Carry out strategic and impromptu checks on customers to verify documented information reported by loan/ deposit mobilization officers.
• Carry out detailed investigations when discrepancy, cash suppression or fraud is noticed.
• Internal control checks and records to safeguard the Bank'assets.
• Make recommendations regarding personnel, procedures and systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, procedure and regulations
• Develop and implement appropriate operating procedures to ensure compliance with the Bank's policies
• Monitor and provide advice to management to minimize risk resulting from poor controls.
• Daily, weekly and monthly report.

Requirements

• HND / Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
