Internal Control Officer at Pandagric Novum Limited

Job Objective: 

• As an Internal Control Officer, your primary objective will be to uphold the effectiveness and efficiency of our business operations by ensuring adherence to internal control standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities: 

• Examine and evaluate existing policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with regulations and safeguard assets.
• Implement test controls to identify areas for improvement and minimize risks.
• Provide guidance on internal control techniques and participate in enhancing internal audit standards.
• Collect and analyze data on internal control issues, conducting operational reviews as needed.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on internal control programs, including progress updates and adherence to industry practices.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Supervisor or Line Manager.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 4 to 5 years’ experience in internal control, with at least 2 to 3 years in an audit role.
• Good understanding of company processes, policies, and procedures.
• Knowledge of business controls, auditing techniques, risk management, and regulatory guidelines.
• High level of integrity, objectivity, and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
