Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Control Officer located in Sagamu.
• The Internal Control Officer will be responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of the company's internal control framework.
• They will also ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations, and provide recommendations to management for mitigating identified risks.
• The Internal Control Officer will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify control gaps and implement strategies for improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in internal control or audit, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of internal control principles, financial processes, and risk management methodologies
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
