Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Control Officer located in Ogun State, Nigeria.
• The Internal Control Officer will be responsible for conducting regular audits, implementing and monitoring internal controls, and evaluating the effectiveness of financial operations.
• Day-to-day tasks include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, identifying risks, and providing internal reports.
• The role also involves collaborating with other departments to enhance internal processes and communication.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Banking & Finance.
• Candidates must not exceed 35 years of age at the time of application.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in internal control, audit, or compliance.
• Strong understanding of risk management and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an added advantage.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professional ethics.
• ICAN Certification is an added advantage.
